ERP Security & SOX Compliance

Location: Hyderabad

Enterprise Application Security & Access Management

Responsible for executing and maintaining access security strategy and roadmap global and mission critical systems (ERP, CRM etc).
Collaborate with ZTD & Business to own and drive global application security requirements while adapting technology business needs and SOX requirements.
Provide guidance on security needs and requirements for all global systems required to realize the end-to-end ERP solutions and legacy systems required to meet the business needs.
Ensure sustained compliance by leading and collaborating with ZTD Operations and system owners to proactively address risks from BAU activities and audit observations, driving timely remediation and impact analysis.
Accountable for supporting IT statutory audits mandated by international laws, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

IT SOX Audits & Regulatory & Statutory Audits / Inspection Support

Collaborates with IT SOX team for execution of SOX IT compliance activities, encompassing annual IT walkthroughs, control testing, control performance, certifications, and coordination with control owners.
Accountable for designing and implementing the IT general controls framework for in-scope on-premises and cloud SOX applications and overseeing the design and automation of IT application control monitoring processes and oversees issue tracking, resolution, and continuous improvement.
Collaborates with ZTD in audits and inspections readiness activities as well as supports the audits and inspections.
Assurance and awareness & preparedness of operations and provide coaching / guidance as a compliance expert.
