Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients for ERP solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, software demonstrations, and product presentations.
- Understand client business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and close business opportunities within defined timelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the implementation, functional, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM/Bitrix updates, and sales reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, AMC renewals, and additional software solutions.
- Handle client queries and escalations professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events whenever required.
