Job Description

We are looking for the top 1% of ERP SaaS lead generation, sales and implementation talent in India.

This is not a routine SDR or implementation analyst role — this is your chance to own the full customer journey, from lead generation to deal closing, and from as-is process discovery to to-be ERP implementation success, driving digital transformation for our clients.

  • Drive ERP SaaS sales cycles from discovery to signed deal, convincing decision-makers at the C-level.
  • Conduct as-is business process mapping for clients with complex operations.
  • Design to-be processes that deliver measurable ROI through digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with world-class engineers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure flawless onboarding.
  • Take ownership for both top-line revenue growth and customer adoption success.

Responsibilities & Impact

As our ERP SaaS Lead Gen + Sales + Implementation Analyst, you will:

  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and qualify ERP SaaS opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling demos tailored to customer business needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals with C-level executives and business owners.
  • Lead as-is business process documentation, identifying inefficiencies and pain points.
  • Translate insights into to-be process designs aligned with ERP best practices and digital transformation goals.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding.
  • Track customer health metrics, ensuring each new client transitions from go-live into expansion and retention phases.
  • Shape the future of ERP adoption by combining sales acumen, process transformation expertise, and digital-first strategies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in SaaS sales or ERP/CRM sales — hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, cold outreach, and cold calling.
  • Ability to run discovery workshops and document as-is processes.
  • Experience designing to-be process flows for ERP/CRM or other enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; strong presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Knowledge of Tools / Functional Expertise

You must bring hands-on knowledge of tools and methods across the entire sales-to-success lifecycle:

Prospecting & Lead Generation Tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Cold Outreach & Marketing Campaign Platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Outreach.io, etc.)

Business Process Mapping Tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Bizagi, etc.)

Data Migration Tools (ETL tools, SQL, Excel/Sheets for cleaning and validation)

Project Management Platforms (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

GTM Strategy – ability to support go-to-market planning and execution

  • Training Tools (LMS platforms, video walkthroughs, live training delivery)
