Job Description

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of IT experience with at least 5-7 years in ERP project management focusing on SAP.
Strong hands-on knowledge of any one of the SAP modules: FICO, SD, and ABAP development.
Solid understanding of ERP integrations between SAP and other systems (Coupa, Concur, PeopleSoft).
Proven experience managing teams of at least 30-40 members in a multi-ERP customer environment.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident and problem management and Jira for agile project management.
Knowledge of AI technologies applied to ERP systems, including automation, data analytics, and machine learning concepts.
Ability to collaborate with internal data science and analytics teams to implement AI-driven ERP enhancements.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile Scrum methodologies is mandatory.

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
