We are looking for a Product/ ERP Consultant with strong experience in SaaS/ERP products to conduct product demonstrations, understand customer requirements, and clearly explain product features, workflows, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients and prospects. 
• Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant product features.
• Explain SaaS/ERP product functionality, workflows, integrations, and use cases.
• Customize demonstrations based on customer business requirements.
• Handle product-related questions and provide clear explanations.
• Coordinate with Product and Technical teams for complex requirements.
• Collect and share customer feedback for product improvement.
• Prepare demo presentations, product documentation, and use-case scenarios.
• Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Support client onboarding and product training when required.

 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Demonstration, Product Training, Pre-Sales, or a similar role.
• Must have hands-on experience with SaaS/ERP products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/ERP workflows, features, modules, and integrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and business-friendly manner.
• Strong requirement-gathering and client-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience conducting online and offline product demonstrations.
