Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Principal Programmer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience working with ERP systems and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions for our clients business needs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions for ERP systems, including customization and integration with other systems
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure software solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 3-9 years of experience in ERP development and programming
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with cloud computing technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
