ERP NAV Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

HRPlacers is hiring an experienced ERP NAV Functional Consultant for an established industrial group.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Work on Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Manufacturing modules.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development teams for ERP customization and integration.
• Conduct functional testing, user training and issue resolution.
• Support ERP upgrades, process improvements and day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant ERP functional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Understanding of manufacturing, distribution and finance processes.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with end-to-end ERP implementation preferred.
