Job Description

Job Title: Manager / Sr Manager - ERP Implementation & Support
Job Location: Mumbai
CTC: upto 25 LPA
  • Managing ERP program for MS Dynamics 365 F&O from the technical and functional both sides.
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive change management and communication to ensure adoption across functions.
  • Engage with users to gather requirements, align expectations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
  • Drive end-user training programs in collaboration with business and partner teams.
  • Strong understanding on planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities including support.
  • Ensure proper integration of F&O with POS, banking, HR, supply chain, and other third-party systems.
  • Manage master data governance, reporting requirements, and compliance (e.g., GST, audit trail).

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Proven track record in MS Dynamics 365 F&O end-to-end implementation (at least 2–3 full cycles preferred).
  • Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and F&B processes.
  • Knowledge of system integration, data migration, reporting, and compliance (GST, SOX, IFRS).
  • Dev ops experience will be an advantage.
  • Project Management Capability.
