Having successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP for its core business, Sunrise has established comprehensive master data, standardized business processes, workflows, forms, and management reports that support its regional operations.

As part of our continued regional expansion, Sunrise is looking for an experienced *ERP Implementation Manager* to lead the rollout and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple business entities and countries.

# *Position Summary*

*Sunrise requires* an experienced *ERP Implementation Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365* to lead the implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the Group.

The successful candidate will work closely with business users, senior management, and Microsoft Dynamics implementation partners to standardize business processes, optimize system functionality, and ensure successful ERP deployment across multiple legal entities and countries.

The role includes reviewing existing ERP processes, master data structures, reports, workflows, approval processes, and business logic, while identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring best practices are adopted throughout the organization.

The position is based in *Chennai, India* and will support regional operations across Asia.

## ERP Project Management

* Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and enhancement projects.

* Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation roadmaps.

* Coordinate with Microsoft Dynamics implementation partners and internal stakeholders.

* Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

* Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.

## Business Process Analysis

Review, document, and optimize business processes relating to:

* Sales Management

* Procurement

* Inventory Management

* Warehouse Operations

* Supply Chain Management

* Import & Export Operations

* Finance & Accounting

* Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

* General Ledger

* Fixed Assets

* Product Costing

* Budget Management

* Intercompany Transactions

## Master Data Governance

Coordinate the design, maintenance, and governance of:

* Item Master

* Customer Master

* Supplier Master

* Chart of Accounts

* Warehouse & Location Masters

* Product Categories

* Brand Masters

* Price Lists

* Currency Masters

* User Roles & Security

* Approval Hierarchies

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and standardization of master data across all business entities.

## ERP Forms & Workflow Management

Coordinate implementation and continuous improvement of:

* Sales Orders

* Purchase Orders

* Delivery Orders

* Goods Receipt Notes

* Goods Issue Notes

* Transfer Orders

* Sales Invoices

* Purchase Invoices

* Credit Notes

* Debit Notes

* Stock Adjustment Documents

* Payment Vouchers

* Approval Workflows

## Reporting & Business Intelligence

Coordinate the design and enhancement of:

* Sales Reports

* Gross Profit Reports

* Inventory Reports

* Financial Statements

* Customer Performance Reports

* Supplier Performance Reports

* Inventory Ageing Reports

* Budget vs Actual Reports

* Working Capital Reports

* Product Profitability Reports

* Management KPI Dashboards

## Testing & Training

* Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

* Prepare testing plans and scenarios.

* Coordinate issue resolution.

* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.

* Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.

## Stakeholder Management

* Serve as the primary liaison between business users and implementation partners.

* Conduct regular project review meetings.

* Present project updates to senior management.

* Drive continuous process improvements across the ERP landscape.

# *Qualifications*

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.

* MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.

# *Experience*

* Minimum *8 years* of ERP implementation experience.

* At least *5 years* of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central).

* Successfully completed *two or more full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations*, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.

* Experience working with regional or multinational organizations.

* Strong understanding of distribution, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.

* Experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-country ERP projects.
