ERP Implementation Associate

Key deliverables:

1. Implement ERP/POS systems for new merchants ensuring seamless onboarding
2. Manage regional merchant accounts and provide on-site support as needed
3. Collaborate with tech and product teams to address feature needs and issues
4. Train internal stakeholders and resolve complex operational queries

Role responsibilities:

1. Own merchant relationships and troubleshoot POS usage issues
2. Drive configuration and customization requests from merchants
3. Provide structured feedback to improve ERP system features
4. Act as the liaison between client requirements and product development teams
