Role & Responsibilities
Minimum 1 Year experience
Provide First-Level Support: Handle incoming support requests related to Odoo ERP, addressing issues and resolving them promptly.
Odoo Configuration: Assist in configuring Odoo modules according to user needs and business requirements.
Issue Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors reported by end-users.
System Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
User Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure users understand how to effectively use the software.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, functional, and business teams to identify root causes of issues and ensure continuous improvements.
Monitor System Performance: Regularly monitor system performance, optimize workflows, and suggest enhancements for better user experience.
Upgrades & Testing: Assist in system upgrades, module updates, and testing of new features.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing technical assistance and functional guidance as needed.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support requests, resolutions, and system modifications.
