Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sage X3 Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Sage X3 and a good understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and related operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end Sage X3 implementation and support projects.
Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and understand existing business processes.
Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design.
Configure Sage X3 modules based on approved business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
Work closely with technical consultants and developers on customizations and integrations.
Configure and support Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Distribution processes.
Support data migration, master-data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.
Prepare test scenarios and coordinate SIT and UAT with business users.
Conduct end-user training and prepare functional/user documentation.
Provide go-live and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Manage change requests and ensure solutions are aligned with business requirements.
Work closely with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

3–7+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, with strong hands-on experience in Sage X3.
Experience in at least two or more Sage X3 modules, preferably:
Finance & Accounting
Sales
Purchasing
Inventory
Distribution
Manufacturing
Experience in complete ERP implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through go-live and support.
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
Experience preparing BRD, functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training documentation.
Good understanding of ERP integrations and APIs is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Sage X3 certification is an advantage.
Experience with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regional localization requirements is preferred.
Experience working with Manufacturing, Trading, Distribution, Retail, or Services organizations in the UAE/GCC would be an advantage.
