- Understand the customer's business processes and document them based on the industry vertical.
- Identify and document current challenges faced by customers.
- Review client data for implementation.
- Install, configure, and customize the ERP system.
- Handle post-implementation queries from clients.
- Address client calls related to issues.
- Provide ERP end-user training and technical support.
- Coordinate daily with clients on ERP-related requirements.
- Collaborate internally with team members for successful implementation.
- Provide clear and constructive product feedback to development teams based on customer requirements.
- Support senior team members during various stages of the implementation process.
- Participate in data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting ERP software functionalities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ERP implementation activities.
