ERP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT-ACCOUNTS

As an ERP Functional Consultant specializing in the Finance module, you will be a crucial part of our consultancy team, leveraging your deep understanding of financial processes to provide expert guidance to our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, implement, and optimize ERP solutions tailored to meet specific financial requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Requirements Analysis:

Work closely with finance teams to comprehensively understand business processes and financial reporting needs.

Conduct detailed analysis of financial workflows and compliance requirements.

• Functional Customization:

Customize and configure the ERP Finance module to align with unique client requirements.

Implement and optimize financial workflows, reporting structures, and automation processes.

• Implementation and Project Management:

Lead the implementation of ERP projects with a focus on the Finance module.

Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

• User Training and Support:

Provide end-user training on the Finance module, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues related to the Finance module.

• Integration and Collaboration:

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Finance module with other modules and external systems.

Provide insights on best practices for integrating ERP with third-party financial tools.

• Data Migration and Validation:

Oversee the migration of financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Validate and troubleshoot data migration issues, ensuring data integrity.

• Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation for finance module configurations, customizations, and best practices.

Contribute to the development of standardized documentation for the finance consulting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on the Finance module,Odoo ERP Preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules, particularly the Finance module.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both finance professionals and technical stakeholders.
• Certification in ERP implementation and finance-related certifications are highly desirable.
