ERP Expert (Government Urban Local Body)

Role Overview

We are seeking an ERP Expert with 5+ years of experience to manage, customize, and optimize ERP systems . The role involves ensuring seamless integration of ERP modules across finance, procurement, HR, and public service departments to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in reviewing SRS & FRS documents for ERP modules

• Support in UAT for various modules under ERP system

• Support in implementation and integration of ERP modules (Property Tax, Revenue, Professional Tax, Water Billing, Payroll, etc.)

• Coordinate with software vendors to ensure smooth roll-out, bug fixing, and regular upgrades

• Middleware to integrate the ERP system with third-party platforms such as GIS and payment gateways

Key Skills & Qualifications

• B.e/ B.Tech in CS/IT field with 5+ years of ERP experience.

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in ERP Related Projects

• Strong knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Procurement, Public Works).

• Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

• Skilled in SQL, database management, and ERP customization.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience in public sector or municipal projects preferred.
