Role Description

We are seeking a skilled ERP Executive who is responsible for managing, customizing, and maintaining the company's ERP system to streamline construction project operations. The role involves coordinating with different departments, ensuring data accuracy, and improving system efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• An ERP engineer in the construction industry designs, implements, and maintains ERP systems to help the construction company run more efficiently and profitably.
• Understand the needs of the business and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure the ERP system is set up correctly to meet the organization's needs
• Connect the ERP system with other software applications
• Keep an eye on the system's performance and make improvements as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ERP-related issues
• Create and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations
• Continuously analyze and improve business processes within the ERP system
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, and generate reports to provide insights into the business

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Civil Engineering

Experience

3-5 years of experience in ERP

Skills

• ERP Systems knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and database handling.
