Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an ERP Operations (Customer Support) professional. The role involves addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to ERP systems, analyzing client requirements, and ensuring seamless support for finance and community management operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, provide proactive solutions, and foster strong relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Should have 6 months to 1 year in ERP Operations.
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
  • Handle all communication with clients (RWA/FMs) and maintain good relationships
  • Monitor how well the ERP system is working billing, complaints, reports, tickets, etc.
  • Ensure fast resolution of issues raised by societies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fix service-related problems
  • Track service performance using dashboards and reports
  • Conduct review calls, share updates, and ensure SLA commitments are met
  • Work to retain clients, improve satisfaction (NPS), and avoid escalations
