Job Description

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain ERP/CRM systems to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on ERP/CRM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of ERP/CRM systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-10 years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation and support, preferably with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve business processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis to generate reports and insights.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
