Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kheda for an ERP Coordinator specializing in mechanical engineering. The ERP Coordinator will oversee the integration and management of ERP software systems in the production and planning department. Daily responsibilities include facilitating demand planning, streamlining workflows, analyzing data to improve production efficiency, and maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams to fulfill operational and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Demand Planning and Production Planning processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate data for essential decision-making
- Proficient in Planning strategies and project management techniques
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on ERP systems
- Knowledge of ERP software is highly beneficial
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with supply chain and production workflows in a manufacturing setting
