ERP Application Program Manager (Service Delivery Manager)

Role: ERP Application Program Manager (Service Delivery Manager).

Location: Bangalore, Marathahalli (Mandatory working from Office all 5 days)

Exp: 10+yrs

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion application services

Act as primary contact for client stakeholders for service performance

Oversee incident, problem, and change management

Monitor SLA adherence, produce performance dashboards, and ensure governance compliance

Drive service improvements, resource allocation, and escalation management

Coordinate offshore/onsite teams and ensure smooth service transition

Key Skills:

8+ years experience in application support/service delivery

Should have Good Knowledge of ITIL processes

Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills

Proven experience in managing application support teams

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Important Note to look into:

The Ideal Candidate Should be a SDM with Oracle Application Support or an ERP support background

He / She should be able to take over the transition from the incumbent, design the new process.

Should be able to Understand the functions of High Level Finance, Procurement, Construction in terms of having a conversation with the Business User.
