ERP and LMS Operations

Position Summary
The Office of Information and Technology Services at OP Jindal Global University is seeking an experienced ERP and LMS professional to manage, enhance, and support the University's enterprise applications ecosystem. The role will focus on the administration, integration, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP and Learning Management Systems to support academic, administrative, and student services operations.
The incumbent will work closely with academic schools, administrative departments, faculty members, students, and technology vendors to ensure seamless functioning of ERP and LMS platforms while driving process optimization and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
ERP and LMS Management
• Manage the day to day operations of University ERP and LMS platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system upgrades, enhancements, bug fixes, and new implementations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of modules related to admissions, academics, examinations, attendance, assessments, grading, student records, and faculty management.
• Monitor system performance and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
System Integration and Process Automation
• Manage integrations between ERP, LMS, CRM, examination systems, finance systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze academic and administrative workflows and recommend process improvements through technology solutions.
• Support automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and user experience.
Business Analysis and Functional Support
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with academic and administrative stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flow Documents, and User Acceptance Testing plans.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions for implementation by technical teams.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and ensure successful deployment of enhancements.
Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with faculty, registrars, admissions teams, examination offices, student affairs, finance teams, and other university departments.
• Act as the functional point of contact for ERP and LMS related requirements and support.
• Facilitate communication between end users, vendors, and technical teams.
Reporting and Analytics
• Generate operational and management reports from ERP and LMS systems.
• Support institutional reporting requirements through accurate data management and reporting.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certification in ERP, LMS, Project Management, Business Analysis, or related technologies will be an advantage.
Experience
• 4 to 8 years of experience in ERP, LMS, Academic Technology, Functional Consulting, or Enterprise Applications.
• Experience working with Higher Education ERP platforms such as Camu, Ellucian, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Oracle Campus, SAP Higher Education, or similar systems.
• Experience in LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, or similar learning management systems.
• Experience in ERP LMS integration projects within educational institutions preferred.
