• ERP Application Management Services (AMS)
• L2/L3 Production Support
• Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
• ERP Platforms: Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS / SAP / Microsoft Dynamics
• ServiceNow or ITSM Ticketing Tools
• SQL for Data Analysis & Validation
• Testing, Deployment & Documentation
• ITIL Process Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Provide AMS support for ERP applications.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues.
• Perform application enhancements, configuration, and bug fixes.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams.
• Support upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
• Prepare SOPs, KT documents, and support documentation.
• Work with business users and stakeholders for ongoing support.

Requirement

• 4-8 years of ERP AMS/Production Support experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management processes.
