Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ERP Account Manager to manage and grow existing ERP customer accounts. The role is centered on building long-term relationships, driving customer satisfaction, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring timely renewals. This position requires strong domain understanding of ERP products and the ability to address customer needs through continuous engagement and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a defined portfolio of ERP customers to maximize satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, ERP usage patterns, and future requirements.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across modules, services, and additional licenses.
  • Drive timely contract renewals and minimize churn through consistent customer engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, queries, and ERP-related discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Pre-Sales, Implementation, and Support to address customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including account status, pipeline updates, forecasts, and opportunity progress.
  • Act as the internal customer advocate by representing client needs in product improvement or roadmap discussions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP account management, customer success, or sales (farming-focused).
  • In-depth understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Infor.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market customers in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-handling capabilities.
  • Customer-first approach with the ability to handle escalations tactfully.
