Equity Research Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a Research Associate who loves reading charts, understanding markets, and using smart tools to get work done faster. If you're someone who can look at a chart and tell a story from it, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need

Technical Analysis Skills

You should be comfortable reading and interpreting technical charts, including candlestick charts, Renko charts, and Point & Figure charts. This is a core part of the role, so strong chart-reading skills are a must.

Basic Fundamental Analysis

A basic understanding of balance sheets and P&L (profit & loss) statements is expected. You don't need to be an expert here — if you have a foundation, we'll help you build on it through our internal training program.

AI & Tech Savviness

You should be comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar platforms. Good working knowledge of Excel is also important — these tools will be a regular part of your workflow.

Education

Any of the following qualifications will be accepted: MBA (in Finance), PGDM, CFA (Level-1), CFA (Level-2), CA, CS, or BCom.

Mandatory Requirement

As per regulatory guidelines, the selected candidate must clear the NISM Research Analyst Examination within 30 days of joining. This is a non-negotiable condition of employment.
