Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Equity Research Analyst to join our stock broking team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to generate actionable investment insights and support clients in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on listed companies, sectors, and market trends.
- Perform financial statement analysis, valuation, and forecasting.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, relative valuation, etc.).
- Prepare daily/weekly market updates, research reports, and investment recommendations.
- Track company results, earnings announcements, and news flow impacting stocks.
- Coordinate with the dealing and advisory teams to provide timely research inputs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in equity research or related roles within a stock broking or financial services firm.
- Strong command over financial modeling, Excel, and valuation techniques.
- Solid understanding of Indian capital markets and listed companies.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Commerce, or Economics; CFA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
