Equity Research Analyst - PMS - Buy side

Job Title: PMS Research Analyst (Buy-Side)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Buy-Side Research Analyst to support investment decision-making by conducting in-depth research, financial analysis, and market evaluation. The role involves working closely with fund managers and investment teams to identify opportunities, assess risks, and optimize portfolio performance, with a focus on fintech lending, digital assets, and structured investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fundamental and financial analysis of companies, sectors, and investment opportunities.

Support the development and execution of investment strategies aligned with fund objectives.

Analyze fintech lending portfolios, digital assets, and structured products to evaluate performance and risk.

Perform due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.

Track and monitor portfolio performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Prepare investment notes, research reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.

Collaborate with fund managers, credit, risk, and product teams to support investment decisions.

Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and fintech innovations to identify new opportunities.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.

Assist in maintaining databases, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for investment tracking.

Key qualification -

Experience in multi-sector equityresearch in the buy-side

Experience in equity research for atleast 200 - 2000 crore AUM funds
