Relationship Manager and Equity Derivatives trader

We have openings for two roles:

1. RM - DEALING (Equity Dealer - Client Trading)

Role: Handle client trading, execute equity orders and drive trading engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute client buy/sell orders on NSE/BSE terminals
- Monitor positions, margins, exposure & trading limits
- Drive trading activity, client activation and revenue
- Share market updates with clients
- Manage existing relationships & support client acquisition
- Promote MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs & NCDs

2. RM - SALES (Relationship Manager - Retail Sales)


Role: Build client relationships, acquire new customers and drive financial product sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new clients
- Manage and expand existing client relationships
- Assist with Demat account opening and client queries
- Promote Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance & other financial products
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Drive cross-selling, client engagement & sales targets

Common Requirements:
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 1+ year experience in Broking / Wealth Management / Securities / Capital Markets
- Good understanding of equity markets & financial products
- Knowledge of Demat, Mutual Funds, SIPs & Insurance
- Strong communication & client-handling skills
- Sales-oriented & target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & financial/trading platforms
Hands-on equity trade execution experience & NISM Series VIII - Equity Derivatives Certification.
