Job Description: Equity Dealer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Equity Dealer to join our stock broking team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing buy and sell orders of equities

on behalf of clients, managing client portfolios, and providing timely market insights

to optimize trading outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute client orders in equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments

accurately and efficiently.

Monitor real-time market trends, analyse price movements, and provide

investment recommendations.

Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on market

developments, order status, and portfolio performance.

Conduct research on companies, sectors, and market news to support trading

decisions.

Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance requirements while conducting all

transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams including research analysts and traders to

develop and implement trading strategies.

Maintain detailed records of trades, confirmations, and margin requirements.

Manage risk by assessing market conditions and client positions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

Prior experience (2-5 years) as an Equity Dealer or similar role in a stock

broking environment.

Sound knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.

Certification such as NISM, NCFM, or AMFI is preferred.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.

Ability to perform well under pressure and commit to confidentiality and

compliance standards.

This role is vital to building client trust and generating brokerage revenue through

effective and compliant equity trading services.
