Job Title: Equity & MF Dealer – PMS (Execution Focus)

Role Overview

This role is purely execution-driven. We are looking for high-speed, high-accuracy dealers

who can own order execution end-to-end across equities and mutual funds for PMS clients.

If you've worked on a dealing desk and understand the importance of timing, precision, and

zero-error execution, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

● Execute high-volume buy/sell orders in:

Equities (Intraday / Delivery)

Mutual Funds (Primary & Secondary where applicable)

● Ensure zero-error execution aligned with client mandates and internal approvals

● Handle time-sensitive trades with strong market awareness

● Track live orders, rejections, modifications, and confirmations in real-time

● Coordinate closely with RMs / Wealth / Ops for quick turnaround of deals

● Ensure same-day closure mindset for all transactions

● Maintain strict control on: Trade accuracy, Pricing discipline, Allocation correctness

● Manage end-of-day reconciliation and trade validations

● Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

What You Must Bring

● Strong hands-on experience in a dealing desk / trade execution role

● Deep understanding of:

Equity market mechanics (order types, liquidity, timing)

Mutual Fund execution flows & cut-off timings

● Ability to handle pressure situations and market volatility

● High attention to detail — no room for operational errors

● Fast execution speed with strong decision-making ability System Expertise (Strongly Preferred)

● BSE StAR MF portal – for MF order placement & tracking

● Wealth Spectrum – for portfolio tracking & execution workflow

● Custodian systems – ICCL / NSDL / CDSL or similar

● Experience with broker terminals / OMS platforms is a plus

Preferred Profile

● 1–5 years in equity dealing / broking / PMS execution

● Graduate in Finance / Commerce or related field

● NISM certifications (Dealer / MF) preferred
