Role Description The Equity Advisor role at Bigul.co is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Equity Advisor will engage with clients to understand their investment objectives, risk appetite, and financial goals, and provide suitable equity recommendations and strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring market trends, analyzing stocks and sectors, preparing research-based investment ideas, and assisting clients with portfolio allocation and rebalancing. The role involves educating clients on products and platforms, supporting them in trade-related queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the advisory process. The Equity Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to align advisory services with business targets while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Investments and Finance, including equity markets, fundamental and basic technical analysis, and risk management.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability in Portfolio Management, such as creating, reviewing, and adjusting client portfolios based on market conditions and client goals.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle queries, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Sales skills relevant to financial products, including the ability to explain offerings, identify client needs, and support client onboarding and retention.
  • Relevant degree or coursework in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in securities or investment advisory are an advantage.
  • Comfort with using trading platforms, investment tools, and basic office software; strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Indore, with attention to detail, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.
