Your Mission
- Coordinate risk assessment at order intake and revise it at each scope change or completion
- Developing and following up a mitigation plan to address potential equipment risks.
- Follow up equipment scheduling up to FCA ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance with specifications throughout equipment execution.
- Overseeing the equipment budget and ensuring that the project is delivered within target costs.
- Coordinating stakeholders in the proactive analysis deviations and implementing mitigation measures as necessary during projects follow up.
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders to drive it to successful outcomes.
Your Profile
- B.E. / Diploma Engineering
- Experience in SAP system related to material & production planning
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong technical background on equipment production
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to coordinate and align stakeholders.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation planning to address project uncertainties.
- In-depth understanding of equipment scheduling and the ability to highlight risks .
- Basic financial competences to manage equipment budgets and control costs effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address deviations and risks proactively.
- Leadership and team management skills to drive proper execution of equipment and motivate PC stakeholders
