About the Role 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Environment Executive to join our Environmental team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing environmental consents (CTE/CTO) and approvals, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, and support in various range of environmental services. This role is critical in ensuring that our operations remain compliant with all applicable environmental regulations and statutory requirements. 

Qualifications & Experience 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, or related discipline. 

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance, consent management, and EPR handling. 

Hands-on experience in filing on CPCB, SPCB, and Parivesh portals as preferred 

Prior experience with consulting organizations will be an added advantage. 

Key Responsibilities 

Obtain, renew, and maintain environmental consents including Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) from State Pollution Control Boards (SPCB). 

Liaise with regulatory authorities such as SPCB, CPCB and local municipal bodies for timely approvals. 

Prepare and submit online/offline applications on portals like OCMMS, Parivesh, and state-specific e-portals. 

Respond to notices, queries, and inspection observations from pollution control boards. 

Manage EPR registration and annual compliance for Plastic Waste, E-Waste, Battery Waste, and Tyre Waste as applicable under applicable rules. 

Ensure timely filing of EPR returns and certificates on the CPCB EPR Portal. 

Maintain records of EPR targets, achievements, and gap analysis. 

Track amendments in EPR rules and update internal processes accordingly. 

Support in other Services like MOEF, Biomedical waste authorization, DGFT licensing, Fire Noc, Factory licensing and others
