Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Epoxy Flooring specialist at Vansilin Tech Concrete Solution, located in dindigul. The Epoxy Flooring specialist will be responsible for the preparation and application of epoxy flooring systems. Daily tasks will include surface preparation, mixing and applying epoxy, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining tools and equipment. The specialist will also be responsible for assessing and repairing damaged flooring, maintaining work logs, and ensuring job site cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in epoxy flooring application, including mixing and applying epoxy
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and tools maintenance
• Ability to assess and repair damaged flooring
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus
