EPM Lead/Developer – Planning

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with a strong background in Hyperion EPM Product Suite implementation and development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Hyperion Planning/PBCS/EPBCS, application design, and business rule configuration, along with solid functional knowledge of financial planning models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement gathering and solution design for Hyperion applications.
• Architect and implement Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.
• Develop and optimize business rules, forms, task lists, and reports.
• Provide solutions for existing system architecture and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Planning and Essbase Analyst Teams.
• Ensure seamless financial modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Workforce, Capex Planning, etc.).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in EPM, specializing in Hyperion implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Hyperion Planning, PBCS, and EPBCS.
• Hands-on experience with Planning Modules is a must.
• Solid understanding of financial planning models and interdependencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
