Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud (FCCS) Consultant / EPM Senior Developer to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle FCCS implementation, application design, solution architecture, financial consolidation, and finance/accounting processes.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing scalable solutions, and implementing best-fit Oracle EPM FCCS architectures to support enterprise financial consolidation and reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Application Design Architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS projects.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into scalable FCCS solutions.
Design and develop Oracle FCCS applications and solutions.
Provide architectural guidance and enhancements to existing EPM implementations.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Technical teams to deliver business solutions.
Drive solution design, proof of concepts (POCs), and implementation activities.
Support financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
Develop and maintain Financial Reports and Smart View reports.
Participate in client discussions, workshops, and stakeholder management activities.

Required Experience

5+ years of Oracle EPM experience.
Hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support.
Strong experience in EPM Cloud Application Development.
Experience with FCCS and/or HFM.
Proven expertise in Solution Design and Requirement Gathering.
Strong understanding of Financial Accounting concepts.
Experience working as a Design Architect, Lead Consultant, or Solution Architect.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
