EPM Consolidation Lead - OneStream

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and configuration of OneStream for financial consolidation
• Implement consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting
• Design business rules using C# / VB.NET
• Build dashboards, cube views, and workflows
• Support month-end and quarter-end close cycles
• Integrate data from SAP and other ERP systems
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders globally
• Participate in testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and resolve system issues
• Ensure proper documentation and post-go-live support

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in OneStream development
• At least one end-to-end implementation in financial consolidation
• Strong understanding of IFRS and consolidation processes
• Hands-on experience with intercompany eliminations and multi-currency environments
• Proficiency in C# or VB.NET
• Experience with SAP integrations and data management tools
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CMA or equivalent finance qualification
• Experience in global or multi-entity environments
