EPM Cloud Support and Hyperion Administrator

Job Description

• 8+ years of experience as Hyperion Administrator in On-prem as well as EPM Cloud environment
• Must have Skills-
• Hyperion Admin tasks for on-prem components like ESSBASE, Planning, FDMEE, HFM, DRM.
• Proactive maintenance of all the applications across production & non-production environments to ensure availability and resilience
• Start & Stop of applications across all environments
• Applying patches across all environments
• Updating certificates (e.g. SSL, LDAP etc) across applications and across environment
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
• Hands on L2 and L3 Support experience on Oracle EPM cloud applications PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS
• Work on tickets / queries raised by users
• Resolve / data fix transactions.
• Bug-fix in the existing code base as prioritized by Hyatt.
• Hands on experience in scripting - PowerShell and Python
• Knowledge of other components like HFR, Calculation Manager, ODI will be an added advantage
• Ready to work in rotational shifts: 17:30 to 02:30 IST and 20:30 - 05:30 IST
• Excellent communication skills
