Job Description
We are hiring an experienced
Oracle FCCS Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in consolidation and close processes.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of Oracle EPM experience
- 3+ end-to-end FCCS implementations (mandatory)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Ownership Management, Equity Pick-Up
- Custom Rules, Cash Flow Automation
- Intercompany Eliminations
- Supplemental Data Manager (SDM) & Close Manager
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, accounting principles, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and month-end close processes
- Ability to lead business workshops, design sessions, and manage functional + technical discussions
- Experience guiding integration teams, conducting SIT/UAT, and handling production migrations
- Lead FCCS solution design, configuration, and deployment
- Implement best practices and customize FCCS to support consolidation & close processes
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure successful delivery
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable FCCS configurations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior finance stakeholders and lead client conversations.
