Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Epicor .NET Technical Lead / Architect with strong expertise in Epicor ERP/Kinetic development and Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Epicor ERP solutions while leading technical teams and supporting business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Epicor ERP/Kinetic solutions

• Customize and enhance Epicor modules using C#, .NET, and SQL Server

• Work on BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and integrations

• Design and implement REST/API integrations with third-party systems

• Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand requirements

• Provide technical guidance and architectural support to development teams

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Epicor applications and processes

• Participate in code reviews, deployment, and system enhancements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic

• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework / .NET Core

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database optimization

• Experience in BPM, BAQ, SSRS, REST APIs, and integrations

• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and workflows

• Experience leading teams or handling architect-level responsibilities

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
