Technical and Professional Requirements:
What You'll Do 1. Lead and execute on‑prem to cloud / cloud‑to‑cloud migrations 2. Implement migration patterns: Rehost, Replatform, Refactor 3. Enforce engineering excellence - code quality, branching, reviews, CI/CD & testing 4. Design and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity 5. Rebuild and optimize ERP reporting and workflows in cloud environments 6.
