As a Consultant, Managed services, you will support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions for clients in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will contribute to application build, configuration, testing, and issue resolution activities while working with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes. You will also help improve delivery efficiency by applying structured methods, documenting processes, and supporting ongoing innovation across engagements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Managed services on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business and functional requirements aligned to client and sector needs.
- Perform application configuration, system build, testing, deployment support, and defect resolution within electronic health record platforms.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, retrospectives, effort estimation, and status tracking.
- Conduct peer reviews, support knowledge-sharing activities, and maintain project documentation, including application understanding and change management records.
- Perform incident and problem management activities, including root cause analysis, process improvement identification, and support for automation and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications
Required:
- 3-6 years of experience supporting Epic applications
- Experience with United States healthcare workflows
- Experience performing configuration changes and system builds in electronic health record platforms
- Experience working in Agile and waterfall delivery environments
- Experience estimating work effort for assigned tasks and deliverables
- Experience performing incident management and root cause analysis activities
- Certification in at least one Epic module in Clinical, Revenue Cycle, or Technical areas, including ClinDoc, OpTime, ASAP/Orders, Ambulatory, Resolute PB/HB, or Grand Central
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience following engagement-specific delivery processes
- Experience preparing application documentation and change management documentation
- Experience developing process improvement or innovation ideas
- Advanced certifications in United States healthcare platforms or domains
