Job Description
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key officials up to Director level
- Organize and coordinate meetings between the organizations leadership and senior government officials.
- Keep a track on change in portfolios, changes in policies and keep all the stake holders informed.
- Keep a track on Competitor activities/actions and keep all the stake holders updated.
- Support in bills preparation & submission and follow up on timely payments.
- Maintain an updated record of various government tenders, approved rates, supply schedules etc.
- Maintain a record on supply position of various companies.
