Job Description:

• Responsible for meshing automobile components for body NVH, Safety attribute using engineering preprocessor software tool like ANSA and Hypermesh.
• Expertise in 2D and 3D meshing (hexas, tetras) - Sheet metal, plastics and solids -In Hypermesh
• Basic knowledge on 1D and 2D connections
• Ability to participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues
• To understand and complete modeling documentation like checksheets and query presentations
• Ability to conceptualize and work on individual components and to integrate sub-assemblies.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and can do attitude
• Need 50% of supervision to make sure resources understand the FORD procedure and CETPs.
• Moderate review of their work by senior engineers to ensure quality of the models

Skill Set:

• Structural meshing in Hypermesh (Plastics, Tetra and Hex) - Immediate Joiners

Domain Knowledge:

• Electric Vehicle Battery structures knowledge is an add-on Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on new platforms/technology and application development
