Dermatouch is looking for an EPD Executive to manage and coordinate existing product development activities across our skincare portfolio. This role will focus on product improvements, packaging updates, reformulations, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing development projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience working closely with R&D, packaging vendors, regulatory teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and product enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate existing product development and improvement projects
- Work with R&D teams on reformulations, product upgrades, and testing
- Manage packaging changes, artwork coordination, and vendor follow-ups
- Track project timelines and ensure smooth execution across departments
- Coordinate sample approvals, testing, and documentation
- Work closely with procurement, production, marketing, and quality teams
- Maintain development trackers, reports, and product documentation
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and support product enhancement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or related field
1–4 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry
Strong coordination and project management skills
Good understanding of packaging and product development processes
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
