Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in the EPC Solar Industry, located in Noida. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success. Networking, lead generation, and meeting business targets are key facets of the role.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Management skills
  • Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects and the Solar Industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and proposal preparation
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables
  • Experience in contract negotiation and understanding of financial concepts related to solar projects
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
