EPC Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Project Lead with strong project management expertise in warehouse, facility, and plant construction.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects for DG and/or GMP-compliant warehouses.
• Manage construction and implementation of storage and warehousing facilities.
• Drive project execution across Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and project partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality and budget.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen, including project cost management and budget control.

Must-Have Skills

1. EPC / Project Execution Experience – 5–7 years of relevant experience in project execution and management.
2. Facility / Plant CAPEX Project Experience – Hands-on experience managing facility, ware house/plant expansion or CAPEX projects.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management – Experience managing engineering, construction and other project-related vendors/contractors.
4. Cross-functional Stakeholder Management & Project Governance – Ability to coordinate with multiple functions and manage project governance, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
