EPC Recruiter (Engineering Recruitment) - Remote
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented EPC Recruiter to support talent acquisition for engineering and technical hiring across industries such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Industrial Projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing niche engineering talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and EPC-related positions across domains such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Industrial projects.
• Understand client requirements, technical mandates, and business needs to identify suitable engineering talent.
• Source and identify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, database searches, and market mapping techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering professionals, including passive candidates across technical functions.
• Conduct candidate screening, initial assessments, and profile evaluations to ensure alignment with technical and cultural fit requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and offer discussions.
• Develop strong candidate relationships and create talent networks within the EPC, Engineering, and Industrial sectors.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor intelligence, and recruitment best practices within engineering hiring.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring progress reports and updates to reporting managers.
Eligibility / Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in EPC recruitment
• Educational qualification: BE / BTech graduates only from the following disciplines:
o Mechanical Engineering
o Automobile Engineering
o Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering
o Civil Engineering
o Production Engineering
o Instrumentation Engineering
o Electrical / Electronics Engineering
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Good understanding of technical hiring and engineering terminologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; exposure to ATS, HRMS, or recruitment platforms will be an added advantage.
• Strong team player with a results-oriented and ownership-driven approach.
