EOPS Leader

Key Deliverables:

• Drive engineering operations efficiency and ensure 98% adherence to KPI metrics.
• Collaborate on MOR reporting across Global, Meta, India, China, and Mexico regions.
• Manage HTS BA India AOP with less than 2% variance and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead asset utilization, Capex, Opex, lab management, and budgeting for HTS BA India.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of data analysts and ensure compliance with reporting and time sheet metrics.
• Resolve systemic issues in Accolade, SAP, and Fiori in collaboration with IT teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
• Establish near real-time operational metrics availability and predictive analytics.
