Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. As an Expression of Interest (EOI) Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, preparing and submitting EOIs, and providing tailored real estate solutions. You will analyze property requirements, maintain a database of potential opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate documentation. Additionally, you will nurture client relationships for long-term collaboration and success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in data management, market research, and evaluation of real estate properties
• Proficiency in documentation and preparation of formal proposals and EOIs
• Client relationship management and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market; relevant experience is preferred
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Ability to adapt to dynamic industry demands and multi-task effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
