Job Description: Reltio Sr MDM Developer
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Developer with strong experience in implementing and integrating Reltio Master Data Management solutions with enterprise systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle, and SAP. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data, and integration teams to design, build, and support scalable MDM solutions that ensure high data quality, consistency, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Reltio MDM solutions for Customer, Product, and Reference data domains
Configure Reltio entities, attributes, relationships, survivorship rules, and match/merge strategies
Develop and manage integrations between Reltio and SFDC, Oracle (ERP), and SAP using APIs and middleware
Implement real-time and batch integrations using Reltio REST APIs, Webhooks, and Event Framework
Collaborate with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or other iPaaS tools
Perform data ingestion, data migration, and synchronization from source systems into Reltio
Support data quality, validation rules, and enrichment processes
Troubleshoot integration, data, and performance issues across systems
Work closely with Business Analysts and Data Stewards to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance standards
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in MDM implementations, with at least 3+ years on Reltio MDM
Strong hands-on experience with Reltio configuration and administration
Proven Experience Integrating Reltio With
Salesforce (SFDC)
Oracle (ERP / Customer / Financial systems)
SAP (ECC / S/4HANA / SAP CRM)
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and event-driven architectures
Experience with middleware/integration tools (MuleSoft preferred; Boomi acceptable)
Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, survivorship, and match/merge concepts
Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP exposure is a plus)
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Good to Have
Experience with Reltio Data Loader, Reltio Integration Hub, and Reltio Console
Knowledge of MDM data governance tools and stewardship workflows
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
